Gosh, I know I'm probably overreacting about this whole "Skipping School" thing, but does anybody have any good tips for not getting caught? I've never done it before, and I want to, I'm just afraid. So.....got a good tip? Fire away.

I am the worlds best skipper! I probably missed half of my senior year. You can get away with anything if you have a note. At my high school you had to go to the office and present a note and it had to state the reason you were absent and a phone number if it was your parent. I was in art classes all through high school and i got a chinese girl whom I had made friends with in the class to write me fake notes signed with my moms name. Her handwritting was very adult. Adults write in cursive usually and sortof messy. Finding someone who can master this can be hard. You have to write fast and continous otherwise it looks fake. The key is to always have the same handwritting and signiture on your notes. Usually the notes would say...Please excuse my daughter from school yesterday (the date) she was ill. Then a signature and phone number. They never called it. But if it makes you nervous, change it. But its best just to put the real thing. Unless you know at your school that they do call. The best is ...Please excuse my daughter from school yesterday she was having womanly problems. That one is best if you want to leave in the middle of school and not come back. But you cant use that all the time, just once or twice a semester. Whomever reads it gets kindof uncomfortable and wont even doubt that the note is fake. Just as long as you dont act nervous. Just act as though you really were sick, and that the note is really from your mother/father. Confidence is key. I skipped school alllll the time, just in the middle of the day and go shopping etc. And I never got caught. Im not sure how your school works but just having a note from a parent was enough. Just dont get into trouble!

Ill tell you what I used to do. Id leave in the morning like usual and go eat breakfast, at my friends or a restaurant with my friends. Id spend the rest of the day shopping or hanging out at our local Chuck E Cheese rip off and Id go back to school for the last class (I was a TA) and I would make sure I called my mom from a school phone so it would come up on her caller id. Our school had an automated message that called our house if we were marked absent for any of our classes but my mom wouldnt believe it because she saw on the ID that I was at school. Worked everytime! :) Good luck and have fun!

lol yeah I'm an expert.
I started off the year by signing all the papers that my parents had to sign myself, so then I could later write out my slips and the signatures would match. this backfired once when my dad actually did sign something, they called him to see if it was fake! ha ha.
Also, once youre out skipping, don't carry around your back pack. You don't want to look like a student. Keep it low key, like go to a diner with a friend and chill out for a few hours. One time, my friend and I drove to the zoo, lol. As for school, if its like mine, you have to have a note or do the time... like I said I always just wrote mine out myself.

You should not skip school. It seems like when a person seems nervous about something then they almost always get caught. You and the Lord know that it is not a good thing to do.

Just do it. Your parents are going to find out anyway, might as well have fun.
For the record, I never technically skipped school. I just told my mom that I didn't feel like going, and she let me; however, this one time during that time of the month I just started crying for no reason, and my mom let me stay home.

Just put extra clothes in your back pack plan on leaving your usual time & say see you when I get home Mom give Her a Kiss & go on your way where ever your going it worked 4 me many of years ago & I never got caught lol

lol.... as long as you get good grades..(or accptable.) you have no problems...
you can skip a couple of hours saying you got stuck in traffic, you got your period and your pants got dirty .. lol... just make sure noone sees you before telling the xcuse..!!

I'm assuming you're in jr high or highschool
if you develop this habit now...
you'll NEVER go to classes in college
because no one's watching
do YOURself a favor and don't even starts!
