In "Santa Claus Is Coming To Town", is the deposed king seen later in the show?

The Kringles sing about making toys for the king and we see several pictures (drawings) of the king. He has diamond shaped glasses and distinctive facial hair. Later in the program we see the Burgermeister raid the home of a man with children and stockings hanging by the fire. The man has a strong resemblance to the pictures of the king. Have you ever noticed this?

Yes because he is lol..Later when they all died everyone 4 got about the kings rules lol
