I know Herb Alpert and the Tijuana Brass played this track, but who actually sang the vocals? Herb Alpert almost never sang (the big exception was when he recorded "This Guy's In Love With You.) So it makes me think it wasn't Alpert singing that theme. It doesn't say on the soundtrack listing online and I don't have a copy of the soundtrack with me so I can't look on there. Also, the voice on it sounds British. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

Music
Original music by: Burt Bacharach. Herb Alpert & the Tijuana Brass and Dusty Springfield performed some songs also. Viv Stanshall (of the Bonzo Dog Band) sang the lyrics to the title song as the credits rolled.
The single most successful element of the film was the song "The Look Of Love", performed by Dusty Springfield and heard during a Peter Sellers segment. Nominated for an Academy Award for Best Song, it has become a standard for its era, with the biggest-selling version recorded by Sergio Mendes and Brasil '66 (#4 on the Billboard pop charts in 1968). It was heard again in the first Austin Powers film, which was to a degree inspired by Casino Royale.
John Barry's song "Born Free" was also used in the film. At the time, Barry was the main composer for the official Bond series.

Chris Cornell (Sound Garden / Audio Slave) Cornell wrote and performed the song accompanying the opening titles for the 2006 James Bond film Casino Royale. He and composer David Arnold collaborated on the song titled "You Know My Name". This is the first Bond theme song since 1983's Octopussy to use a different title than the film, the first since 1987's The Living Daylights to feature a male singer, and the first ever sung by a male American.
