The first 15 are the new Presidential dollars, and the year should be on the edge of the coin. The next 3 are probably Eisenhower dollars (1971-78), and they are likely made of nickel and copper. If the year on the Kennedy half dollars is from 1964 to 1970, they will have some silver; otherwise, they are likely made of nickel and copper as well. The cent rolls are likely "wheat pennies." If these rolls are "sealed" by a bank, I would not open them; otherwise, there might be some more valuable coins in the rolls. The value depends greatly upon year and condition. 15 Presidential dollars: $15 3 Eisenhower dollars: $5 unless they are "like new" 2 Kennedy half dollars: $1 to $10 800 Lincoln wheat cents: $8 to $30 possibly more

If you mean U.S. cents, than the mint marked one in the teens and twenties and early thirties have some value as a collectors item. It depends on grade as to value. See A coin dealer if you find any. Key dates are 1909-S,1909-S VDB ( VDB on the back at the bottom, 1914-D,1922 ( no mint mark) and 1931-S. Early teen cents with an S mint mark have value also.

It has to do with key dates, condition the penny is in, and how many were minted. Here is a link to look at the values.
