Not all, he has played uncredited or small roles in only 5 of his movies.

Not all but a few. I know of two, one where he zoom pass the camera in a wheelchair. I think it's Gremlins. The other famous one (a goof, actually) is where he sits behind Dennis Weaver in Duel his TV movie, giving Dennis directions.
