Very bad idea for you and your friend.It's not legal for him to do that.Cannabis isn't legal in the Netherlands,distributing it is only tolerated in coffee shops to adults.The post generally sweeps the packages and that stuff smells,especially weed.
If you want it,I suggest you go there yourself and get it.Your friend is in for a lot of trouble

Probably not. Now go call your friend and tell him NOT to mail it. Whatever pleasure you get out of it is NOT worth spending 10 years of your life in Hell. Yes, the "war on drugs" is stupid. Yes, the post office should have better things to do. No matter. It may be a very small risk but it is not worth it.

You're screwed...they dog-check everything coming in from overseas...and they don't let you on the internet when you're in jail for drugs etc....
