Is there any way to tap into the the body's bioelectromagnetism?

Every human body has some sort of bioelectromagnetism. My question is, has anyone discovered a way to tap into this energy for practical use?

Did you watch the movie The Matrix??? Machiens did lol so humans might but I think its a very ethical question of if we should or not even try to. I say if your willing to possibly lose your mind then go for it :)

Well you can tap into the resistive differential between fat and lean tissue by use of a digiweigh scale. Then you'll know if you're fat or fit!
