I have a few web based projects. I need a company or a team to execute the projects on project contract basis & not on salary. Most projects involve Java and web technologies and these individuals or teams should be Chennai based. We can provide the necessary IT infrastructure. We have a series of projects which will keep a team of 2/3 people for 1 year. The payments for the projects will be paid as negotiated after the completion of the project. I want to post my requirements in some tech forum so many potential developers / teams can see that and contact us.
