B-Movie, they a low Budget Movie. First, you need your script AND permission from the Book Publisher/Author to make your movie. Then work out your Play from the Book. Where people are, what they do, and scenery (Mountains, Desert, Ocean etc.) Get all this together. Then you need Cameras. Depending on your Budget, you may do very well with 3. This give you various screen angles that you can Edit later. Remember, many 2 hour or less movies we see consist of 100's of hours of filming. They Cut the parts that not good or no time for. This why on many DVDs today you see Behind the scene footage, it may be good or just a humorous moment, but, TIME limit what they put into the finished product. Now, IF, you really want to do this you need to rent this movie; "Attack of the Killer Tomatoes"! Yea, I know what your thinking already, but, this was an easy Movie and these people made MONEY regardless of what people think!!!!
Wanted to give you some insight and encouragement. There was this man, finally Warner Brothers gave him a Low Budget Fund for a movie, No name Actors, except maybe one named "Ron Howard". No one thought it be much and were skeptic, The Movie was; "American Graffiti" the producer; "George Walton Lucas, Jr." they say "Stars Wars" would have never happen, until of course "American Graffiti" did what it did. Research what happen with the other No Name Actors too. So, you can do this, just really take time to learn!!! OK? Oh, For my Expertise in your endeavor, I get a free Ticket to your First Screening! Ha! ;-D Hey, maybe a Kiss too! ;-)

movie production starts with money. you have to know your budget. ad then when everything is flat out ok, you can then hire a crew and then actors.

The producer's job is to acquire the money and have the final authority on how it is spent. You have to find backers who will trust you with their investment and you answer to them if the film makes no money.
