do you agree or disagree that it takes just as much strength to be a follower as it does to be a leader? and why?

i think this usually depends on the person. i mean those that are born to be leaders, will have a harder time following someone, but those that aren't, well, guess it will be harder for them to be a leader,

It takes no strength to follow. It takes more strength to lead, and the most strength to go your own way neither a follower or a leader.
