First because then the movie wouldn't have existed, or it would have lasted half an hour, and be named "How was Peter Parker killed by a spider's bite". And second because it's all fictitious, based on a fantastic comic.
Nevertheless you should see the movie again, and in the part when Peter and his class are taking the tour at the museum someone explains the characteristic of that new species that later bit Peter.

The spider had radioactive DNA and was genetically altered. When the spider bit Peter, the poison bounds with the genes of Parker and genetically alters him. If you listen to the lady in the movie, she says that the regular spider's DNA was altered to make them "super" spiders. If this is true, then it could also alter Parker's DNA. Plus, Hollywood and Comics don't live by real life rules, they are bent. Hope this is what you wanted to hear! Happy Holidays!

The spider contained radioactive material in its blood stream which in turn got passed on to Peter. The radiation caused a BioMolecular mutation creating Spiderman. the poison from the spider would have done little it was the radiation that caused the DNA to mutate.

those issues (malaria, different ailments) are viruses or amoebas or micro organism or little teeny parasites. Which, sure, have DNA of their very own, yet they infect person cells and alter the guy cellular platforms. Like, a number of them burrow into white cells and trap a journey undetected by the physique. problematic! They attack cells (or tissues, regardless of they like) and the "ailment" you get is in many cases the physique's reaction to the cells--your immune equipment is making an attempt to kill off the invaders. Or they kill your killer T-cells after which you fall ill from stuff your immune equipment won't be in a position to combat off (like with HIV. you do no longer technically get all that ill from AIDS, yet somewhat, from secondary infections because of the fact your immune equipment sucks.) Now, radioactive ingredients can substitute DNA a team. in many cases for the greater serious, yet i assume each now after which, radiation could desire to do something effective. Genetic clinical care isn't to the factor the place you could inject rogue DNA and have it pass in cells after which the cells only multiply like, wheee! Now we are area spider! you could finesse it somewhat greater effective than that, and a spider chew only does not pass alongside that form of DNA. additionally, spiders are rarely hosts of nasty DNA parasitic stuff. it is in many cases greater of a fly/tick concern--spider venom is nasty and a few varieties can kill you, yet you're plenty greater probable to get nipped by a rotten little tick or flea or mosquito, something like that. i assume they each so often pass on ailments, whether it is not too elementary.

Because in fiction stories anything can happen. There doesn't have to be any reason behind it. Reason would ruin everything. It's for fun!
