Carefully, deliberately. Love of God thru daily prayers. Love of my neighbors thru kindly gestures. Love of my significant other with a lot of thoughfulness. Love of my family with care and devotion. Love of self thru self affirmation. Showering my loved ones with lots of kisses and hugs. Saying I love you often. Demonstrating and showing my love and affection in doing little insignificant things. Saying I'm sorry for any transgressions. Avoiding criticizing and insulting others. Talking softly . Being compassionate with those who are hurting. Sharing.

love to me is kindness, respect, courtesy, understanding, etc so to practice it is to demonstrate these traits in your social interactions. For example, I try to do one good deed every day (ie open a door for someone, listen to someone that's sad, buy someone a meal, etc).
Now since there are different kinds of love, they can be shown differently. For example, I practice patience with my brother, but I tell my boyfriend I love him every day. I try not to discriminate when I talk to people and I try to hold open doors and let people get out of driveways when I'm driving...practicing love is just being what I consider a "high person" or showing traits that demonstrate the better parts of human nature. Hope that helps =)

One gets up goes to work to make money to pay the bills. This is true love.....
Or another might make dinner as always , this is also true love.
Another might make coffee, enough for two, this is also true love.
Putting the toothpaste cap back on, when one really wants to throw it away! Is true love.
One might put the dirty clothing into the washing machine as always, turns on the washing machine, this is true love.
One might turn off the alarm clock as to not wake up the other, true love again.
True love our those boring things people do everyday. True love does not need money, or lights flashing or a pad on the back.

This Panch-tattwa maha mantra is chanted in the past the Hare Krishna maha mantra to invoke the mercy of Lord Caitanya and His pals and subsequently help us to triumph over offences incurred at the same time as chanting Hare Krishna.

By treating yourself and others with dignity and respect. By living your life being a good person, by respecting yourself. Because you can't love anyone else if you don't love yourself.
