An international extradition would have to be for a serious felony such as murder, arson, manslaughter, robbery, theft, burglary, etc. They wouldn't do it for skipping out on alimony.

Extradition is not at all easy even when there is a treaty between nations. So do not worry.

Canada has respectable human rights. Still if you want a safety go to a canadian lawyer and file an anticipatory bail in canada. Allege someone (name to be specified) is working to bring down you and framing you and using govt and courts.

As you fear your safety & livelihood, you wish to live in canada and a protection from extradition.

Go & Enjoy. Get a good attorney.
