00:22 is the time it would be in 24 hour clock time in Greenwich, England, refered to as Greenwich Mean Time (GMT) or Universal Coordiated time (UTC). depending on where you are, like me, i have to minus 7 hours from that time because i am in the US/Canada Mountain Time Zone. so that time for me would be 5:22 PM (or 17:22 on the 24 hour clock)
