Simple.
1 Kg
= 1 X 10 Hecta gram
=1X10X10 = 100 Deckagram
=1X10X10X10 = 1000 gram
= 1X10X10X10X10 = 10,000 decigram
=1X10X10X10X10X10 = 100,000 centigram
=1X10X10X10X10X10X10 = 1,000,000 milligram
So you have to divide your number with 1,000,000;
So the required ans is 1.876258 Kg.

This is how I solve all metric problems.
Draw a straight line at the top of a piece of paper. Make a hash mark in the middle of your line and label this point gram. Mark three marks to the right and label these in order decigram, centigram, and milligram. Now mark three marks to the left of gram, deckigram, hectogram, and kilogram. To solve the problem, put your pencil on the centigram hash and go to the kilo hash. Notice you went 5 spaces to the left. Move the decimal 5 places to the left. Your answer is 1.876258 kg!
What is 25.0 gm in milligrams? Starting at grams on your chart, go 3 places right to milligrams, so move your decimal 3 places right--25000 milligrams. This trick works with meters, kilometers, etc. Good luck.
