I used to until I reached 21.
I realized that friends come and go but family stay with you forever.
There are however some friends that become your extended family. So that kind of family and your own blood family first!

When I'm younger during my teenage, Yes. You can't deny the fact that we hated our parents controlled us so much during this age and we often felt that our friends know us better.
After working so long in the society and with the family of my own, it's a No for me now.

Depends on the need.If my friend is in need of me and my family just wants to hang out. I choose my friend or vice versa.
