Bowser hands down. Vader is mean, but he doesn't spit fireballs. Vader couldn;t even get close to bowser. Plus he's not fast enough to jump him and have Bowser fall in the pit of fire.
Yeah Bowser.

If Vader has his suit, then he would most likely be pulverized and fried. If it was "pre-suit" Darth, then there may be a chance, as he was much more agile and stronger.
