Ideal time to go to Goa would actually depend on ur priority--- to have nice social festive time OR have a peaceful secluded time on ur own??? In 1st case, you should go for Christmas celebrations (remember to confirm ur bookings.. people also stay on streets due to rush) & stat in North Goa. In 2nd case, you must go in 1st week of June& stay in some of the * hotels in south Goa.Benefits- end of season by 31st May so lot of discounts, less of May heat so comfortable stay,enjoyable first showers of rains &no flooded ,marshy roads, good services at Hotels due to less crowds to attend to... &much much more. Min 2n3days stay must.

Goa in India is a tourist destination 365 days a year. So if someone asks when is the best time to visit Goa, then the answer is anytime. But if you want to catch Goa in its best attire, then mid July to September and November to mid February would be the ideal time.

Monsoon times is the best.
Not much crowd plus greenery all around.
Need atleast 4 days to enjoy all.
If u can spare more time, 1week is ........

october to february is the best time. minimum time to stay and chill out i feel is a week.
