It is almost impossible to sleep in one position the whole night..The average person changes sleep position about every 20 minutes. You may start out sleeping in that position but during the night you will shift multiple times.Check a person every 20 minutes while they are sleeping and you will see for yourself. In my experience, only very ill persons do not change positions and that is one reason they get bed sores.

Hi,
in the cardiac unit they insisted that my dad not cross his legs or ankles to avoid blod clots as they can form within 20 minutes to half and hour, needless to say he said, " i have been crossing my legs and ankles for 30 years and i am not going to stop now" so the nurse said, "while you are in here you will."

I agree about magnesium. I had the same difficulty and would strike me at evening too. Calcium is excitatory and does not loosen up muscular tissues. Magnesium does the different and relaxes muscular tissues. i stumbled on that i do not ought to take it each and daily in a non secular trend. "Nerve and Muscle relax Magnesium and its fellow macronutrient, calcium, act at the same time to assist modify the body's nerve and muscle tone. in a large number of nerve cells, magnesium serves as a chemical gate blocker - see you later as there is sufficient magnesium round, calcium won't be able to hurry into the nerve cellular and turn on the nerve. This gate blockading with the help of magnesium facilitates save the nerve comfortable. If our weight help application provides you us with too little magnesium, this gate blockading can fail and the nerve cellular can change into overactivated. at the same time as some nerve cells are overactivated, they could deliver too many messages to the muscular tissues and reason the muscular tissues to overcontract. This chain of activities facilitates clarify how magnesium deficiency can set off muscle pressure, muscle soreness, muscle spasms, muscle cramps, and muscle fatigue. "
