My dearly departed cat listed me as a dependent - after all, he was in charge! My neighbour doesn't have a dog, but his music is very annoying sometimes.

No, because of the fact there is not any such concern as a based cat. by their nature, they're quite self sufficient. they could seem to be based, yet it is by means of the fact by nature they're additionally quite lazy. Listening for the can opener is plenty much less perplexing than going out and killing a mouse. canine, on the different hand, are by nature quite stupid and hence based on their proprietors for each little thing--including baths and disposing of their "corporation." you could desire to declare them on your tax return, yet, unluckily, you will want a Social protection type.
