I think the limit in Pennsylvania must be 30-35, because i remember when i was in 4th grade, the 3rd grade class had 33 kids, and then the next year, they got another 4th grade teacher.

Do not know. In Australia class sizes average from 24 to 58 . All depends on how many enrollments they have for the entire year for each class.

CA-public schools cannot have more than 20 per classroom for K-3rd but after that it can hit 35

most state have some kind of law that limits how many minor can be under the care of 1 adult
