Sims 2 on the PC and Kingdom Hearts 2 on the PS2.
Sims 2 was very addictive. I was always working on my next promotion.
Kingdom Hearts 2 was very immersive and beautifully done. It was a joy to play. Revisiting the Disney characters was fun too.

Actually, for replay value, I'd have to say Guitar Hero. I've had it for over a year and still play at least once a day.
