Go to the Apple Store and get the official Battery.

do you mean motherboard battery as BIOS and Clock battery?

At least in a desktop computer, this is standard battery (note the term standard is used loosely) you can find it in any computer shop (and usually much cheaper in an electronic shop). Tell the shopkeeper you're looking for a motherboard battery or note the battery's product number you're changing and tell them this number.

It is very easy to install the battery (on desktop) just find it, put out the old battery, plug in the new one, turn on the PC, reset the clock to current time.

I can't be sure on the status of standardity of this battery in laptops be sure to check it out yourself (especially with Apple's old pride of being "different"). And I can't be sure whether opening the case of the laptop yourself may void warranties.
