Energy drinks are not good, all that caffeine and stuff the put in it will cause sleep disturbances, weaker/smaller bones, b vitamin dependancy, and your organs will get all messed up, especially your kidneys

Neither...I prefer Red Bull as my first choice but I live in a tiny town and can ever find it at the mini marts so I usually end up getting Sobe No Fear.
