Whats better Pokemon Leaf Green or Pokemon Fire Red?

Im a big A*SS pokemon fan and i just cant deside if to either get pokemon green or fire red? PLZ HELP ME OUT

They both have the same story, but each has unique Pokemon only to that version:

http://www.serebii.net/red_green/exclusives.shtml -you can find all the Pokemon exclusive to each version there. Pokemon Fire Red has sold better, but they're both essentially the same game aside from the Pokemon included.

Like the guy before me with the larvitar and stuff the games each have different pokemon and it would be up to you. It doesn't really matter just choose one and when you can get another game just buy the other(I know this doesn't help but the only difference is the pokemon seen). Now for the starter Let me tell ya the sats of the pokemon when they are at there final stage(the stats are for Lv 100). Blastoise Stats:Hp 362, ATK 265, DEF 299, Speed 255, Sp. ATK 269, Sp. DEF 309 Venasaur Stats:Hp 364, ATK 263, DEF 265, Speed 259, Sp ATK & DEF 299 Charizard Stats:Hp 360, ATK 267, DEF 255, Speed 299, Sp ATK 317, Sp DEF 269 There ya have it and I hope I helped ya!:)

The games are the same except for some of the pokemon you can find. Fire Red is the more popular of the two though.

all the guys above are actually wrong,it;s not me it's the game sites which say.........LEAF IS MUCH MORE GREENER THEN,FIRE IS RED so go ahead for Pokemon Leaf Green.

basically they're the same but firered has different pokemon then in leafgreen i suggest firered only because i like red more than green but still u can chose i just like firered better

well i have both and leafgreen has one extra more pokemon than firered, firered has 23 pokemon that cannot be found in leafgreen and leafgreen has 24 pokemon that cannot be found in firered
