By the looks of it you could be pregnant. I stupidly was pregnant for almost 5 months with all the symptoms below and didn't realize I was pregnant because I always had irregular cycles for my entire life. When I took a pregnancy test the first two were inconclusive that was with Equate, I got a positive response with First Response. Do you have two or more of the following pregnancy symptoms.
Symtoms of pregnancy:
missed cycle (some women continue to have spotting)
nausea
dizziness
fatigue
constant urination
tender breasts
darkened aereolas
food cravings (food, and non-food items such as dirt or styro-foam)
food aversions
the unability to lay on your stomache due to soreness of the abdomen
cramping in the abdominal area
swelling (water retention)
heigtened sense of smell
linea negra
If you haven' had sex since last month, the bleeding you had last month could have been what is called implantation bleeding, and not necessarily your period. Some women experience this when the embryo attaches to the uterine wall. Your pregnancy should definitely show up on a home test if you are over 10 days late.
Did you know that on home pregnancy tests that The ONLY reason HCG would EVER be present in your urine is if you were pregnant. A false "negative" response would only happen if you took the test too early, as in, you are pregnant, but get a negative result because you tested so early that there wasn't enough HCG built up in your bloodstream to spill over into your urine yet. Many times an inconclusive test could mean your pregnant, it's just not enough of the pregnancy hormone in your body yet to make dark enough of a line.
Make an appointment for a urinalysis to confirm your pregnancy, also start taking some prenatal vitamins a/s/a/p.
I might be jumping the gun here, but Congratulations!!

Since she had regular periods my cousin had no idea she was pregnant. Never had morning sickness, everything seemed "normal" during her 18th week she started feeling "queasy" and thought she had a stomach virus. When the "virus" didn't go away she went to the doctor. He decided to do a pelvic exam because where she was "pinpointing" the sensations he thought she might have an infection...he got a surprise when he checked though...She was 22 weeks pregnant and never knew it. She didn't need to take a pregnancy test LOL

All the information I've seen, including instructions from home pregnancy tests, say you should not read them after 10 min. After that time, the test can develop an "evaporation line." This line can make the test appear positive when it may not be. Wait a few days and take another test, or take one at your doctor's office to be sure.

If you are definately pregnant then yes a test will show positive. Mabey not a store test but definately a urine or blood test at the Dr's will show positive. I have heard many stories about women who still had a period during their pregancies. I would see your gyn. Good Luck!

If you're pregnant, you're pregnant. It's in the hormones. But having a period while pregnant isn't good. See a doctor.

If you are pregnant your period wouldn't change the results. The test detects the hormone in your urine so period or not it will show positive

see a doctor coz if you're pregnant,or you think you are that may not be a monthly period but "spotting" the best would be for you to see a OB-gyne
