For me the best would have to be a 27 inch Little Colonel Shirley Temple doll in the taffeta dress, she's my dream doll! Although, I wouldn't turn down a Mein Leibling!
Worst..... oh gosh, there are lot's! Brazt are at the bottom of my list and so is Terri Lee...dress me dolls are pretty far down there too!

IMO, the best kind is the ones you are actually allowed to play with. The worst kind are the ones made to sit on a shelf and look pretty only.
