Your antivirus or antispyware software has cleaned out something, but there is still a reference to it in your startup.

Download Mike Lin's Startup Control panel, and uncheck any box that you don't know what it's for. Make sure you leave your antivirus software checked.

The fact it cannot find it is a good thing because that file is related to a worm virus. There are two places that windows can start up a file:

1) Start Menu > Program > Startup
2) Registry

Check to see if this exists in your startup folder. If it does exist, then right-click and select delete. In most cases, you will not find it here.

Next, go to Start > Run and type in "msconfig". Go to the Startup Tab. There will be a long list of files. All the checked items start at boot up. Hopefully, you will find eksplorasi.exe in this list. If you find it, uncheck the box and click Apply and OK. Reboot the computer and you should not see this error anymore.

If you still get this error, then you may want to look for at the following link.
