How was the dad charley and what was the drawing of the two heads at the end of the movie

I think you got an answer about Charlie, but I think the two headed drawing was not only to leave an opening for a sequel but also, to demonstrate that this affected the little girl. I mean come on her father not only had a split personality, he killed her mother, killed a woman who was interested in him, a cat, and possibly the sheriff and then blames the daughter for most of his (the dad) actions. All of that would indicate that it would have an impact on the little girl. If you watch the dvd there are several endings, which further delve into the reasoning for the two headed drawing.

The father doesn't know that he has a split personality until almost at the end of the movie and his split personality is named Charlie. Because of how his daughter saw that he had a split personality she has now adapted to that kind of behavior and has a split personality too that's what the other head on the drawing meant

The Dad was Charley because ........he FLIPPED when he caught his wife cheating and of course killed her. The two heads represent that the girl may have multiple personalities (most likely) and it makes a nice sequel lead intro.... hope I helped I loved that movie.

Charly was schizo and he killed his wife and his little girl knew. But she loved her Dad when he was normal, so she couldn't rat on him.
I don't remember the drawing though but I guess the girl is going to be schizo too so maybe there will be a sequel with her doing all the killing

have you heard of split personalities?well that is what it was...charlie was the dads evil one.the end just kinda meant that her dads crazy leaked out on the little girl!watch it more then once and you will get it so much more the second time around.i really liked the movie.
