He got life in prison. He's on a diet that keeps him healthy and alive and aging. He has a minimum of evil spirits attached to him because he is relatively boring to them. Take the flesh-food from his diet, foods that required killing of creatures. Whether he likes it or not give him a meatless diet that will force him to re-think the hateful mean cruel things he did. If you keep feeding him meat, considering what a throw-back of a spirit he is-has, by the time he dies his spirit will be so unlearned that he will have forgotten everything he knows and be unteachable. If he cannot conceive of or believe in his Maker he will not be taken into the heavens, or have the spirit to live forever like most pretty good people. It will be a matter of time before his emaciated spirit just fades out of being like that of beast. Picture him in a cell. Don
't picture any company or cosy chats; he can't be trusted.
Some senility might be there. There never was a time when he did not seem pretty obviously insane looking and sounding.

I just saw a specail on serial killers and he was one of the ones it featured. He is still very able to attend parole hearings. The special showed him at his last hearing, and he ranted and raved, as usual. He showed no signs of any ailments or disabilities

A few years ago I saw a documentary on him and all of his hair was shaved and he was the same crazy guy as he was in the 60's. He is kept from the general population in prison I believe.

He's not that old.....he's still going to his parole hearings.

He's still delusional and will never leave jail alive.
