I've heard a lot that "people on here aren't aware of all the fact of the situation" and "people don't know what is really going on and what is top secret"
and granted... that is probably true to some degree or another...
but, what if he is making a mistake in the way he has handled Iraq? have you considered it?
I mean, at the very least... it's a possibility...
just wondering?
and, granted, everyone does make mistakes from time to time...

and, if any of you are wondering... I have often considered that he could be making all the right moves... that is also a posibility... but that's not the question here...

If he is making a mistake then Some Americans died. A dictator will be dead. And a democratic Iraq will be a base for action against other hostile Muslims. If Democrats are wrong then Al Quiada sends more terror cells over and kills more innocent Americans here. They destabilize the world. Attack Israel with a nuclear weapon. Maybe even the US. And a world wide war begins with Russia and China aligning themselves on the other side. Now is not the time to be weak on foreign policy. Peace wont happen until we defeat the terrorists.

What I accept is that president Bush is human, just like you or me, and that he is capable of making mistakes just as we are.
Now, do I think this war has been handled perfectly? Oh no... Not by a LONG shot! But then, what war has? History is full of bad moves, bad intelligence, and bloodshed.
What we need to decide is whether the potential reward is worth the potential cost in any given situation.
Now, I won't try to convince you one way or the other on the subject. All I'm saying is that no one can or should expect president Bush to be 100% right everytime, but nor is he wrong as often as many liberals claim.
I hope this answer is informative to you. I've tried to set my own political views aside for it and just answer the question. You'll get a whole slew of "bush is stupid" insults from others here, and some, I'll wager, that are insulting toward you.

Everyone makes mistakes. Bush is doing a good job overall & is moving to correct some Iraq mistakes. IMHO the biggest mistake is trying to make Iraq 1 stable democratic country. It needs to be split into 3 countries.

no matter what you say to these people that support bush they are never gonna get it . to them he is like a king or an emperor he can never be wrong.if bush stuck his hands up and said i lied and deceived the people i had to create a common enemy to justify these illegal wars then these people will still support him . they would say something stupid like "at least he has come out and told us that he lied so we should all get behind him" that's how dumb they are and that's why he can get away with what he does. everybody that opposed the war knew that Iraq was gonna end up like this . even the experts said war was a bad idea but bush still went ahead with it WHY? is there a hidden agenda?

bush isnt making the plans i can just about guarantee that ... and if u ask urself why are the moves being made that are, then the logical conclusion is that they wish to remain in the middle east indefinitely and they are gearing up and building up forces in preparation for another major conflict ... maybe iran .... im just not the sort that buys into an oversimplified explanation like they shove down our throats on a daily basis ... bush is on his way out ... the people actually planning and pulling the strings need to set things up so that when the reins of power change, nobody is going to be expecting a mop-up and exit ... the reason will be in place to continue with the american imperial expansion policy.

It is okay if he makes a mistake, we know how to cover it up. We will constantly talk about bill clinton's stuff. we know how to distract people. We will put our publicist Foxy into full swing, okay?
We are not worried.

Of course we consider it. And MOST of us have lost faith in our President. (Hints the Democrats taking the house) And quite frankly, the way he handles illegal immigration and North Korea is tearing me apart!
