Are you enrolled in a university or a college? If so I would suggest you check with the English department and find out what if any literary publications they have on campus, and then submit, granted they have open submissions. There are also a plethora of literary publications you can submit to such as Zyzzyva. I have to warn you that there are a lot of publications that will publish your poems for a fee, stay away from these publications as they are about as credible a publication as the weekly world news.

If it's something you really want to do, then buy or borrow a copy of the most recent "Writer's Market" Guide. Your library probably has one. It will have detailed contact information that you can use to submit your poems for review.
If your poems are genuinely good, there's a fairly good probability that you'll eventually get one into a regional literary review or poetry journal. It may take years of trying. If, on the other hand, your poems are NOT good, you might have better luck writing greeting cards and so forth. To help decide which, track down a literature professor who specializes in poetry and ask their opinion. Most teachers at small colleges are willing to do this, provided that your poems are short.

Welcome to the writing crowd.
Start by getting both Writers Market and Poets Market for 2007, and by getting ready to submit your poems to magazine and book publishers. Don't worry about Agents, they don't do poetry.
Go to Poets and Writers, on the web, at: http://www.pw.org/ . They are an invaluable resource for publishing help.
Prepare your work to be read by others, That means to read and follow all the particular rules for submissions at each publisher. This is almost as much work as writing, but the end result can be very rewarding. It can also be devastating when you get a rejection. Just remember that you are the poet and keep writing.
Good Luck.

I trust others who have commented that your poems are very useful of publishing. However, you clarifying your motive is reasonable ample for me. As for any individual pretending to be you and printing nonsense, that is only a variety of stalking. Legally they could be in a complicated position explaining their movements as whatever instead of mischief and trolling.

Submit them to some of the teen magazines. They are usually looking for teen talent to include in their pages. As someone else noted, don't ever pay someone to have your poems published in a book or magazine. That's a popular scam. But the teen magazines are a fertile field -- and they pay you.
Good luck.
