Nice idea to make your baby sitter happy.
She is the one who always taking care mostly of your children for sure. Your children probably are closer with your babysitter than you.
Give her a Christian Dior perfume. ;) or maybe something she really likes such as Prada handbag, Gucci trench coat, Harry Winston necklace or ear rings or even D&G scarf.

get her something that doesn't make her feel to childish (such as a doll or lame toy) depends on what budget the secret santa thing is...maybe get her an ipod...or some cool jeans. cds are always good. clothes.....and if worst comes to worst, gift cards always work...

my sister is 10 too! shes really in to disney channel and all that tween stuff. personally, i bought my sister the 3 american girl movies. she really likes those. maybe get her a cd by her favorite artist. gift cards are always good too!

Well i'm 12 so i should know. What ever you do do not get her a baby doll she is probably over that. Get her a cute and soft stuffed animal (the bigger the better).
