okay first of all take a deep breathe, okay now i think u should tell the person because what have u got to loose? If he doesn't love you back y would u want to waste time on him and find out later? If u tell him u have a chance with him and u should give him a couple of hints before u tell him so u wont come on too strong. but i really think you should start small ask if u guys could hangout and then ask on a date and then tell him that u like him more than a friend

Yes, and here's how you do it. There are two situations to bring it up in.
One, in a moment of really heated passion, like the kind when a woman who usually likes to take it in slow so it lubricates nicely, but in this situation she perhaps exhibits a deep, burning desire to take it in aggressively (it should be fine to say this here given the subject matter, no?). I think you should tell, always be honest! After all what is the worst that may happen? He might tell you to slow down, or depending on how long ya'll have been dating. If you feel they are the one and only, and you are in love then honesty is the best Policy!

If the other person is available lay it all out there and even if nothing comes of it, at least you will know. Nothing will ever be gained by keeping your feelings to yourself. However, if the other person is already in a relationship I would just keep my feelings to myself.

You have to tell him,if you dont he could find someone else because he thought you didnt love him,but make sure he loves you too!If he doesnt say it back,the relationship is dead in the water!good luck 2ya

It all depends on what kind of relationship you have with this person. If they can handle it, cool, tell them. But, if you are unsure about that person then don't...wait awhile.
