Why don't people who cut themselves use scar therapy stuff? I do, and it works so I have 0 scars [unless I forget a couple of times.]

Do you mean cutting as in purposefully or accidental? I am going to assume that you mean purposefully. It probably doesn't occur to them. If they are distraught when they are cutting themselves, would they really be thinking about if it might leave a mark? If they aren't then.....like I said, they probably don't think about it.
