I can't help it I also swallow my saliva without thinking too. I've been doing it for 4 years. And it feels like my throat is always dry whether its before or after. I still get high maybe even higher but my friend said its funny how everyone hears me swallow.

the question you should be asking is...how do i learn to quit smoking? with all we know about the toxins that are in cigarettes and the diseases smoking can cause...i can't believe people are stupid enough to smoke in this day and age. and even if smoking didn't cause health problems it's a filthy habit and people who smoke smell disgusting and have the worst breath i've ever had the misfortune of smelling.
and why did you post this in the alternative medecine section anyways?
