Go some where warm and be happy. Do something special that you will remember for years. Take the time and cool headedness to make good decisions along the way. Work at your marriage so it will last. Have patience and love for each other. I wish you a very happy marriage.

Ooh wee! If I were you, I would have an indoor "honeymoon" seeing as how it will be cold out and you just got married. If you were 21, I would say buy a couple of bottles of champagne, but for you sparkling apple cider will do.
Make a great dinner to enjoy together and then snuggle up in front of the t'v watching the various New Year's eve programs, drink your cider and enjoy each others company!!
Have fun and Happy New Year!

Have a honeymoon New Year's. Set up your favorite foods, rent movies just in case you feel like watching them, set up candles (safely, now!), get out the blankets and pillows. Kick the world out at 8 pm, take a shower together and let it be just the two of you for that evening. If I were a newlywed on New Year's, I'd act like a newlywed on New Year's. Especially the part about kicking the world out.

Rent a movie, get some chips/dips/M&M's and other staples to eat, snuggle up under a warm blanket, and just enjoy each other's company. Skip the cold weather, driving, getting drunk, and crowds.
OR.. put on some nice music and have your own dinner and dance, or play a board game.

Stay at home and enjoy each other. I know I would not want to be with other people. I would rather be home with my New husband and enjoying the New Year with him.
Congratulations and Happy New Year..
