I really try and relate to the person asking the question. A lot of the time, I can because we all go through a lot of the same situations, with maybe some slight differenves. So, I think I end up getting more personal than anything else.

I haven't personally but I have read a few people's personal info. I hate to say but I wonder if they are telling the truth sometimes, though. As for me, I would try to stick the basics. Hmmmm?

I've written a few "essay-length" answers when someone strikes a nerve, usually about religion or politics, but I try not to divulge too much about who or where I am. I like good beer and liquor, in responsible moderation, I own guns, I hunt, I fish, I support our troops, and I believe in God. I like Country and Rock, and of course, I drive a truck (not professionally). That's about as deep as the personal info goes.

I will say something about me if I feel that it could help the person who asked a question.

Nothing really personal. Just thoughts and experiences in life, but is it really what happened or made up?
