Leaveing dishes wont attract ants unless you already have them around the house.But why be lazy,wash the darn things,dirty dishes is worse then dirty cloths laying around.Paper plates are handy for people who dont wash dishes.

At this time of year no.
Even during the summer leaving them out probably wouldn't attract ants you would have to worry more about flies.
Make sure you don't eat it in the morning though you will probably get sick.

leave them in the sink. Fill dishes with water and let them soak overnight

Yes, and I know from previous experience. Even if you don't see ants or any insects now, they will be plentiful in no time.

Probably if you live in a warm weather climate. If it's cold out side like below 50 or 40 it probably won't.

If you have antys already then yes, but if you do not have them in the house already no. It is not a good idea to do that though.
