Our oldest is only 8, but this past fall he began asking if he could play on a football team. Well, turns out his school doesn't start football until 5th grade (which I think is still too young..but hey, this is Texas after all) so we instead found him a team that wasn't affiliated with school. We were lucky that his practices were on weekends during the afternoon, but his games were always during the week around 6. The problem was, it wasn't good for him to eat a big meal before his game so we always had to push dinner back on those nights. It was only once a week, so it really didn't bother anything that much. However, I'm only picturing what it's going to be like when I have 4 kids going from practice to games to whatever all during the week. Their choices will be limited though. One activity per child. There's simply not enough time in the day to be involved in everything. I guess then we'll just make family dinner as often as possible, but it's also important to be there for your kids when they pursue other activities. That support is just as important as sitting around the dinner table.

Hi, These musics are great, bur I am sure they are not the best brazilian musics.
If you like romantic and really good songs try to listen: Djavan songs and Caetano Veloso;
rock : O Rappa, Charlie Brown jr and CPM 22
MPB : Ana Carolina,Jota Quest and Kid Abelha
Reggae: Natiruts and trivo de jah
Forró - Circuladô de fulô
Samba - Zeca pagodinho, revelação, and art popular.
Sure you will love them.

Those one are good but they are classicals and old. There are a lot of new popular brazilian musics from artists such Djavan, Maria Rita, Ana Carolina, Bebel Gilberto (that sings in english too) and many more....
