For starters I'm not clear if you mean pain during pregnancy, or after like during breastfeeding. But yes, your breast can cause a great deal of discomfort. Mine were achey, heavy, tender, and kinda warm. My suggestion would be to check out these to web sites and when in doubt check w/ your OB.

It depends, everyone is different. Some get a full achy feeling, while others get really sore tingling nipples that hurt to touch. Other women have no soreness at all.

It's probably different with every women, but myself in particular it hurt pretty bad. My breasts were Sooo tender when I was pregnant that it hurt to drive over speed bumps or plop down on my bed too fast.
Symtoms of pregnancy:
missed cycle (some women continue to have spotting)
nausea
dizziness
fatigue
constant urination
tender breasts
darkened aereolas
food cravings (food, and non-food items such as dirt or styro-foam)
food aversions
the unability to lay on your stomache due to soreness of the abdomen
cramping in the abdominal area
swelling (water retention)
heigtened sense of smell
linea negra

itchy and tingling at times. sore as though ive pulled a muscle at others. sometimes wearing a bra helps others it dosent.

I couldn't even lay on them they hurt so bad.....
