Awaken every cell in your body? I hope all the cells in your body are already awake.
I play my music very loud, then I jump up and down on the couch with the TV remote, pretending it is the microphone.
.....I don't get out of the house much.......

Back in the 60's and 70's I too played my music real loud. Went to real loud concerts. I am paying for it now. Practically deaf.

Unfortunately, living in a huge apartment-building, I can't play my music as loud as I'd love to do.....but I catch up with that in my car!! (while constantly , using my mirrors mostly, keeping track of what happens in traffic, so I don't miss any ambulances or services like that, to which I need to give way immediately)

I play mine loud too if it's a club-banger.It irritates me when really hype dance songs are played on the low when their purpose is to get you dancing. But slow songs and mid-tempos I play somewhat loud.

Well, when play music at home with the Hi-Fi.... Play it loud, I love to see the speakers "pounding"....
But, with the MP3 player. I have to ensure I can hear things happen around me...
