I am currently working at Abercrombie & Fitch. I feel as though I do not fit in with the other employees because they seem clickish with one another and I am a new employee. Has anyone else ever felt this way? I want to quit. I only took the job to meet new people and make some money. Has anyone else ever quit after a week? What is the policy on quiting?

Sorry sweetie, If you do not feel comfortable, then don't stay. I would reccomend applying to other places while your still there, though.

I quit my job in one week, although it wasn't in retail. I was scared to since I had just been hired, etc..but you have to think about yourself first and foremost, and don't feel bad. Do what's best for YOU, and never conform to fit in. :)

Usually, companys have a two week notice. Talk to your manager about this, and he/she will probably give you two weeks until you can leave. This is mostly for the company's benefit so it's not on such short notice and they can have time to accommadate to the change. It can also benefit the employee to give them time to find another job. I hope this helps :) Good luck!
