i just wanna know the simularities betweeen the u.k. and the u.s. and does the u.k. have the same kind of freedom like the u.s. does

Your question is way too vague and consequently huge. There are lots of similarities and lots of differences. Overall I would say there is more freedom here - and here are just a few potted reasons. Purchase and consumption of alcohol is legal at the age of 18 throughout the UK. British trade unions are free from control by organised crime gangs. The murder rate is much lower here, and in the last 100 years the only assassinations (or attempted assassinations) of politicians (or other establishment figures) have been by Irish republican bombs, rather than gun-toting loners.

The freedom in the UK is less covered in law because we do not have a constitution as such. We did lose the right to bear arms though and due to political correctness the rights to free speech are limited.
