keep in mind ebay charges $25.00 for the claim, so if you only paid say 40 bucks, you only get back 15.00, if you paid by paypal then file with them, trouble is there guarantee is worthless if the seller has no money in the account, you be left with a case closed unresolved dispute

That address should be real if you went through e bay. They check addresses to make sure of it if they are selling items on there. Also report it to ebay. You can get your money back through them if it was a scam. But beware, e bay is VERY slow at getting back to people

Report to ebay. They will want to know about these scams, and lately there have been reports of ebay accounts being hacked.

you have to watch for these damn scams i had pay pal send me an e-mail that my account was being hacked .i have never had apay pal account or even talked to them.
