Most different brands of Cat 5e are good for indoor use, it is also rated for outdoor use because most Cat 5e lines have to run to an outside interface thus making it for outdoor use as well

Very simple, presuming you live in the United States of America. Just call your town's (or city's) Building Depart or Permit Office, or Code Enforcement Office. They absolutely can tell you what is and is not allowed. If this is not possible, call a Cable contractor and ask.....Good Luck!!!!

If you are wanting to use it for networking that will be fine. Four pair, 24 gauge wire is plenty for that. What you have is rated for outdoor use so it will be fine using it indoor. Merry Christmas!!!

call an elctrical supply house for the information. tell them what is written on the wire and they'll tell you if you can use it in the walls. they may recommend something else, if that isn't able to work.
