I have already gotten it- my family who just adopted me on Monday. I have a mommy and a daddy who love me very much and went through a lot to get me. I have a fun, playful big brother and a sweet and caring big sister. My brother-in-law is really funny too, and also very loving to me. My sister-in-law is one of the sweetest people I've ever met. My sister is pregnant (we find out the gender next week) with my niece or nephew, due in May. I love them so much, and they are the greatest gift in the world. Even though I'm fifteen, it's never too late to discover what it means to have a family. That is their Christmas gift to me.

I think the best gift anyone can give you is the gift of life...primarily given by your parents. If it wasn't for them you wouldn't be experiiencing what you are everyday.

Their (true) friendship. Everything is so temporary these days. The best thing I have in my life is the friends I've had for many years. Unconditional love.

Being genuinly nice to me.....so just cuz they want to be, not cuz they feel the have to be.
Why? For me there is no better feeling than when I'm with someone who really cares about me, despite my faults.
(mind you, I'm just the same to other people....it's so much more fun and joy to try and see the good sides of them, instead of just the less good ones!)
