Knowing that other people have it worse than me brings me back down to reality in a freaking instant. I forget my reason for crying or feeling down in the first place and feel selfish for indulging in my superficial worries... Yeah, sounds kind of bad when I put it like that, but it's the truth.
Also, knowing others care about me makes me feel better...

some nice helping friends or my loves ones makes me feel better.or sometimes when i think that the reason i'm feeling bad,some others have much more worse reason than that.it makes me feel better.or a sweet soft music also works.

i watch old episodes of friends. laughing for a while makes me forget ill feelings.
and yes, friends still make me laugh even though i've seen all their episodes so many times already.
