A male moving through the process to become a woman, who looks more like a woman, ecept the penis has not yet been removed. I understand a few get to this point and stop for whatever reason. How well the remaining penis functions has to do with remaining levels of Testosterone or Male hormone and the created estrogen (female hormone levels)
transgendered is the correct term. She/male is more slang and is used widely in the Adult Movie business.
A hermaphrodite is a rare condidtion where a person has both sex organs with usually one more well developed than the other, but both can be functional.

A she/male is a term usually used in porn. A Transgender is a person who either feels they are the opposite gender in the wrong body. A crossdresser likes to wear the opposite gender's clothes for whatever reason.
