Pack? She should have that baby any time now, Dad like any time now. Get to the hospital she wil not need anything until after the baby is born. If she is not nursing she should have a good sturdy basic support bra ( not the pretty lacy stuff she wears for you) without that she is gonna have a problem the day after. You can bring her anything she needs once the baby is born. Now get off the computer and get to the hospital. Congrats.

Oh dear, sounds like the baby is due anytime now. Rush her to hospital first and you can come home and pack later. OK, a quick list: toothbrush, toothpaste, towel large and thick enough for the baby, a clean set of clothes for the mother, some baby clothes and lipstick for the mother upon discharge. She needs to look her best. Congratulations and get going....

I think you should go to the hospital, or call your doctor anyway and let him/her decide if you should be going to the hospital.
Overnight bag..... pajamas, change of clothes (to go home in), extra underwear, clothing for the baby to come home in, a blanket, books to read or puzzle books or something, anything that she may like to have to make herself comfortable while she is in labor (a special pillow, blanket, etc). Bring the digital/regular camera and/or video camera. Snacks (she may or may not be able to have them, but if she is in labor for a long time you may also need some snacks). Oh, and pack a lot of patience! :o) good luck!!

Go to the hospital. they can check just to make sure. You really don't need to take anything other than slippers and a robe for tonight. After the baby is born you can go home and pack her clothes and toothbrush etc for the day she is discharged.

what you need to do is grab a bag, put in it the following
Toothbrush
Toothpaste
A robe or night gown ( one or two)
Socks
Slippers
Shampoo
Conditioner
And a camera
Once you have done that got to the hospital. She is most likely about to go in to labor
If you want to be safe call her PCP most of them have 24 hour call service so they can let you know for sure.
I was 36 weeks when I had my child

If this is her first, it could still be awhile. If it was time she'd have alot of lower back pain, pressure, and she'd feel like she needed to use the bathroom, kind of like having to bear down or push. Good luck.

I think she needs to go, that's how I started labor, specially if she's feeling that sharp pain in the vagina, that's exactly what I felt.

she will need clothes to go home in, an outfit for the baby, the car seat, and anything she might need for overnight like eye care things if she wears contacts.
